Web-based trainings

Since Covid19 we adjusted our portfolio and organized Web-based trainings. Since then, multiple training sessions and coaching activities are now also done remotely via our specially developped Web-based training programs which are facilitated through Zoom and Teams. This way we can offer our services even Globally and 24 hours a day.

Essential Presentation Skills

 

As a leader it's paramount that you bring you message accross crisp and clear. Otherwise you will loos the attention of your audience, and in time even your credibility. The 'Essential Presentation Skills' training is providing you all the basics to become an excellent communicator, with tips and tricks how to prepare yourself but also how you can easily adjust yourself to challenging situations. A must for all service line managers, team leaders and supervisors!

Building effective relationships

 

In our day to day work we constantly build up relationships; with our team members, our pears but also with our stakeholders. Since not everyone has the same character or background it's sometimes not easy to build up a sustainable relationship. This training provides you all the materials how you can build an effective and respectful relationship but also looks at aspects like giving and receiving feedback, managing people and how to keep the business relationship alive.

Manage Your Skills (new full day training)

 

In Manage Your Skills we focus on the many daily challenges that a team leader, supervisor or manager is facing. We look at the different energy levels, and how they effect their behavior. We focus on the 'Trust vs Performance' matrix and review the Toxic area and sweet spot, and reflect this behavior via several activities to the individual team members.  The training is an exciting journey with lots of eye-openers and self reflections.

In Manager van de 21e eeuw ligt de focus op de vele uitdagingen die men als leider, manager, CFO of CEO tegenkomt. In deze, speciaal voor de Nederlandse markt, ontwikkelde training, bekijken, bespreken, en beleven we de vele facetten van het managen van mensen. Wat zijn hierin de uitdagingen, waar kun je jezelf verbeteren, en wat moet je doen om anderen te motiveren het beste uitzich zelf te halen.
